This SteelHead WAN optimization appliance is centrally managed as part of the AWS automation features within Riverbed SteelConnect. If you already have a SteelConnect Manager, login to it and navigate to the AWS section now.
If you do not have a SteelConnect Manager, you may use one that has been provisioned for you - Login with username 0 and this instance ID as password to 0 to continue deploying SteelConnect AWS appliances.
*Note* the Riverbed AWS Stack also consists of the SteelConnect Gateway, which you must subscribe to in the same manner. Visit the AWS Marketplace page:

The SteelConnect Manager cannot be used to manage this appliance however. So, once you gain access to your SteelConnect account we recommend that you terminate this instance so you are not charged for it by Azure.

Use of this Riverbed product is subject to the Riverbed
End User License Agreement and Product Warranty Statement
provided that if there is a mutually signed agreement (not including
any purchase order or similar document) expressly covering the
license of these Riverbed products by Riverbed to you, then the
express terms of that agreement will govern.
Your Virtual SteelHead subscription license must be connected to the Riverbed license portal. Internet access is required to connect to the license portal. If your Virtual SteelHead loses connectivity for any reason, refer to the VSH documentation, you will have two (2) weeks in which to re-establish connectivity before your Virtual SteelHead will cease optimizing traffic. You will not receive any updates or upgrades during the two week period your Virtual SteelHead is disconnected. Please refer to your Virtual SteelHead’s license page to check the status of your connectivity and the expiration date of your license.
